Close Bet From bet365
bet365’s Close Bet Feature – a brand new way to cash out when you place your bets!
You probably don’t need any more reasons to choose bookmaker bet365 to place your bets, but if you did, they have just released a brand new method for betting. The new feature is called ‘Close Bet’ and is now available for bets placed on football, tennis & basketball! It works in the same way as the Cash Out feature supported by Betfair. As good as bet365 are, this is just another great reason to chose them as your bookie of choice.
The Close Bet option is now available to use on mobile, tablet, iPhone, iPad and on bet365’s premium mobile site. Essentially, it allows you to cash in on a bet before it has reached settlement. The option to do this is available to nearly all countries that support bet365, there are current exclusions in Greece, Germany, Italy and Australia.
How does bet365’s ‘Close Bet’ work?
Well, it is pretty simple really! If you’ve placed a bet and you’re having doubts over its potential success, you can change your mind and take a settlement fee in return for your now-void bet. Depending on the bet placed and the potential outcome, you will either make an early profit on a winning bet or a reduced loss on your initial stake for a losing bet. The amount by which you will receive will all depend on the return for the early Close Bet decision will of course depend on the bet in question. Which ever way you look at it, Close Bet is an added benefit to an already decent system.
In order to close your bet, first place your qualifying bet, once this is done, you will see the option to then close the bet (cash out) via the button below your line(s) on the bet365 homepage. If you want to close the bet early, just click on the button and the bet will be settled early. Check out the diagram below for a visual guide on how to do it.
